"This motel was convenient, safe, easy to park, clean and affordable. You wouldn't want to sit outside long because its very close to the interstate, so very loud outside the motel. But once inside the room, the highway noise is muffled and served as white noise that was not uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, we slept really deeply both nights we stayed here. The mattress was very comfortable. Ditto the pillows. TV was good. Bathroom was clean, with llenty of hot water. We were happy with our stay here."

"This place is absolutely horrible. In various states of disrepair, cracked floor, hard beds, all expenses spared, loud on all floors and staff does NOT answer the phones at any time. I am requesting a FULL refund. Horrible!!!"

It was spotless, beautiful views, every possible amenity has already been thought about and the hosts are incredibly communicative and helpful. We can’t recommend this property strongly enough. "Our stay was perfect in every way! The house is amazing. Not only is it a beautiful large house, the hosts have thought about everything their guests could want. The kitchen had everything you need to cook incredible meals (and we did). It was a lovely space to spend time with friends, while having plenty of space to step away to work in private. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts could not have been nicer and made sure to check in to be sure we didn’t have any questions during our visit. This is absolutely one of the best homes we have visited and we would love to return!"

"Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!"

"I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you! "

"Our host was very nice. The cottage was nicely decorated for Christmas, however, there was a terrible smell in the house that hinted of vermin. I also saw a mice dropping on a chair. We cut our stay short. The kitchen had stronger odor. It was disappointing because the house itself reminded me of the movie The Holiday."
