「The property was recently remodeled and was beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the marina from the outside decks which offered dining and drinking options. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and nicely updated. We took advantage of the limousine service to downtown. The driver, Gerard, was very friendly and very knowledgable about the town. He took us to a local restaurant that we loved and then promptly picked us up after we called him.」

Also mentioned on my reservation that it was my 39th anniversary and didn’t get so much as a Congrats. We do a local getaway every year for this date and always get a bottle of wine in our room or...

「The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night.」

「When I arrived this hotel, I told and showed my dog to young reception staff. And I signed agreement document. But 11:00 p.m. I was called that I should pay pet charge right now from other rude reception staff. I will never stay such rude hotel any more.」
