「The first disappointing thing is the owners very bad attitude, the price I booked online for the room was changed on my arrival. Because we had to be in the same area and place with my brother I was forced to take the room at their price. 「I reserved this guest house for my little brother's first night in Lusaka. He was arriving late unexpectedly (was supposed to be 10PM, but was actually midnight). I tried calling and messaging the guest house with their contact phone, but no one picked up and there was no way to leave a message. 「Since the place was new somewhere in 2011, I have stayed this lodge so many times. I always feel the staff is so friendly and helpful. When I have a late check-out, I pay $50 and stay until the night. When my son broke some plates and bowls, they said, never mind and they did not charge me anything. 「The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party!
