「Since the place was new somewhere in 2011, I have stayed this lodge so many times. I always feel the staff is so friendly and helpful. When I have a late check-out, I pay $50 and stay until the night. When my son broke some plates and bowls, they said, never mind and they did not charge me anything. The building far end from the reception has got old and there were some cockroaches unfortunately. But all in all, the place is still great. "ルサカのホリデーインは2度と使用したくない。レストランの朝食対応で非常に嫌な思いをした。朝食後、車に移動し発車の準備をしていたところスタッフに窓をノックされ怖い思いをした。朝食のサインに戻ってくれと言われ車までダイニングのスタッフがきた。そのようなことは、ダイニングで速やかに済ませるような体勢にしてほしい。急いでいるからレセプションで全て対応するようにしてくれと頼んだが、連泊していることを知らせるまでは動いてくれなかった。また、チェックアウトの日の朝、９時ごろポロシャツを着たスタッフがチェックアウトの様子を確認に来て驚かされた。普通、そのようなサービスはない。特に問題ないこと伝え、10時ごろポーターを頼むことを伝えたが、その後レセプションに電話しても２０分ほどスタッフが来なかった。シャワーのホースが壊れていて、シャワーの水がシャワーボックルガイの床を濡らし不便だった。 "
