My stay was amazing, the service I received particulary from Winfridah Kalonde and Chondo Funda was outstanding, they are a credit to this hotel. These are true customer focussed people and I just want to highlight how previleged you are to have them as part of your staff team at Radisson Blu Lusaka. They are your true ambassadors. Overall great, only Chuma Restaurant unreachable

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff who helped us were awesome, Lungowe and Clive were so cheerful and very helpful. Overall the staff were great only that the Chuma Restaurant didn’t pick up calls. Chuma Restaurant was hard to get through to, most of the time, I had to take walks every time we needed something from the Restaurant. My husband didn’t feel so well upon arrival so it was convenient for him to have room service the first 3 days of our stay.

Me and my wife stayed here as we were visiting my friend & his wife for his 40th birthday. We rented 2 rooms and both rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Washrooms are modern with standing showers and separate tub. The only item I would ask to be added to the rooms would be a microwave. Other than that, the staff assisted us when requested, and the door men always greeted us with a smile. I appreciated that. This is an excellent hotel for those visiting Lusaka and want a “home” as you see family or travel around the different regions.
