「I struggle to give a positive review, even though the hotel is a nice hotel. I requested pickup from the airport, and no one showed up. I ended up walking there. There was a dead fly on the floor when I got to my room. The restaurant took 45 minutes to bring me a garden salad. The drain in the shower was extremely slow, so I was standing in water while showering. The A/C did not cool the room down at all during the night. But the staff was friendly.」

「This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The condition of the rooms is totally shoddy. The beds extremely uncomfortable. No bedside lamps. No shower mat so the floor is very slippery. I could go on and on. There has been clearly no maintenance to this hotel. The staff on the whole were surly with a couple of exceptions. We paid over $100 a room which is an absolute rip-off. $30 would have been too much. They wanted 650 K for a taxi transfer to the airport. We used Yango and it was...

「食事は最高です。パンも自家製とのこと。おいしいです。夕食はフィレステーキがおススメ。絶品でした。ただし部屋の設備は最低でした。バスタブは水が出ませんでした（熱いお湯は出ました…）。一泊目は疲れていたので我慢して、翌日、修理するようにお願いして外出。戻ってきたときにフロントに確認したら、「修理した」と言っていたのに、やっぱり元のまま…。部屋を変えてもらいました。それから部屋のドアはうまく開かず、何度もフロントと部屋を行ったり来たり（カードキーを何度も変えてもらう羽目になりました）…。 次回は食事だけで利用させていただきます。」

「ルサカのホリデーインは2度と使用したくない。レストランの朝食対応で非常に嫌な思いをした。 朝食後、車に移動し発車の準備をしていたところスタッフに窓をノックされ怖い思いをした。朝食のサインに戻ってくれと言われ車までダイニングのスタッフがきた。そのようなことは、ダイニングで速やかに済ませるような体勢にしてほしい。 急いでいるからレセプションで全て対応するようにしてくれと頼んだが、連泊していることを知らせるまでは動いてくれなかった。 また、チェックアウトの日の朝、９時ごろポロシャツを着たスタッフがチェックアウトの様子を確認に来て驚かされた。普通、そのようなサービスはない。 特に問題ないこと伝え、10時ごろポーターを頼むことを伝えたが、その後レセプションに電話しても２０分ほどスタッフが来なかった。 シャワーのホースが壊れていて、シャワーの水がシャワーボックルガイの床を濡らし不便だった。 」
