「The room was disgustingly dirty and had an awful odor. The room looked old and dingy. The sheets also had yellow stains on them. They finally changed my room the following afternoon and they couldn’t give me keys because the system was down. When we went into the second room it was better but smelled like mildew.」

「Room was clean and roomy, nice view, chairs and table on deck. AC unit was a bit loud but functioned well. Our building did not have an elevator but others did. Nice chair and towel supplies, beach badges too. located on the beach so you cannot beat that! even rooms with no direct ocean view, you see the ocean partially- hear the waves. walking distance to many things (stores & restaurants, ice cream and arcade, mini golf).」

「The floors in the rooms did not seem too clean. There was no daily cleaning unless requested by 11:00am, and then not cleaned until late afternoon. Towels were in shortage. If you requested a towel in the morning, you would not get it until after 6:00. The reason was that they needed to wash the dirty towels. It seems like they didn’t have enough of them. 「Would definitely consider staying again. The place was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The property was extremely clean, only a half a block walk to beach and boardwalk. The only thing I can say that was a bummer was the pool, it was as the size of a bathtub lol, but it served its purpose for my family and I.
