"We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing . "It was cool to step back in time and live a little bit of island musical history. The condo is a garden townhouse with a nice courtyard, a beautiful and well stocked kitchen, DR and LR and with large deck looking out on a to die for view of the crystal blue NW Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Very responsive hosts, friendly fishermen and yummy restaurants within walking distance!"

"We had an exceptional 16-night stay, and this was without a doubt the best rental experience we have ever had.The location is unbeatable. Situated on the west side of the island, directly across from Love Beach, you get quick and easy beach access within just a few minutes’ walk. Perfect for anyone looking for beachfront proximity without the crowds.Stephanie is a truly outstanding host. Extremely responsive, attentive, and proactive, she made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. Communication was fast, easy, and always helpful.The property is located in a secure gated community with cameras, offering both safety and peace of mind. Having 24/7 access to the gym and two swimming pools is a major bonus and adds real value to the stay.Everything you need is close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, a liquor store, and convenience shops are all within a 5 to 10-minute drive, making day-to-day living effortless.The condo itself is spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked and highly functional, making it easy to cook and feel at home. The layout is comfortable and thoughtfully designed.The area is also very quiet, making it ideal for relaxing, unwinding, or working remotely without distractions.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nassau. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"We stayed for 4 days and can’t wait to return back again. We came to celebrate my 50th bday and everything was so convenient to the home. The pictures did not do this home justice. It’s much larger than expected, the kitchen and patio was soo inviting and the living room sectional made lounging a very comfortable thing to do. And that’s just downstairs. The master bedroom and en-suite was amazing for those needing to relax. Once again Stevette thank you for making my 50th bday exactly what I needed…relaxing, close to family, close to the beach. See you next time!!"

Beach, Ocean View Pool, King Bed - Walking distance to Restaurants & the Beach!

"We stayed at the Caribbean cottage for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and check in was great with Alicia. The property is well located with many good restaurants nearby and in a quiet area. You do need a car to get around although there is a bus stop close by. We had a toddler and enjoyed the little beach nearby and the pool. Nassau is about a 20-25 min drive away. We also loved Goodman's Bay beach. The kitchen was well stocked incl a blender and a large fridge. Could probably use another frying pan. We were 5 adults and a toddler and had lots of room, a large dining table and comfortable couches. It was never super hot but the AC worked well although we preferred the ocean breeze. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch and looking at the water. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with the most spectacular view of the ocean!When we had any concerns, Alicia was quick to respond. The owner, Sandy was also a very good communicator. This truly is a Caribbean cottage, not super modern or fancy- probably more rustic- but for us was a fantastic base for our holiday in Nassau. It was good value compared to other listings."
