"Communication was excellent and the place was nice and clean. The host was very helpful with a few of our requests so service was amazing. The beach across the street and towards the restaurants is nice and handy. I thought that it was very good value for the price. "

"The property was incredible. However, at this rate, I did expect everything to be in top shape and, unfortunately the age and/or lack of maintenance was showing. We had multiple pieces of outdoor furnishing broken, hot tub didn't get more than warm, little to no hot water for showers, broken dishwasher and challenging internet connectivity. "

"Nice, quiet location on top of rocky hill and just across a nice beach. Beautiful views and the food is great (Indian). Nice rooms too. Not suitable for people that can’t walk stairs. Our shower wasn’t working great but for the rest wonderful hotel for those trying to get away from the craziness of Nassau."

"Fred was amazing. He was always quick to reply if we had questions. The large bedrooms each with a king size bed is something you rarely see in places. Definitely a huge plus. We spent most of our evenings in the backyard by the plunge pool watching the planes take off and come in. It is a very safe and welcoming space. It is definitely a place where you need a vehicle to get around. However, if you just plan on sitting by the ocean, Love beach is just outside the gates and is absolutely gorgeous. "
