Super well-equipped
Very clean and well-equipped, including a monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard. Very nice backyard to sit and enjoy the LA weather. Great beds. New appliances. Great place. Thank you.

Everything you need!
We stayed for eight days in the spring. The duplex was well furnished and included everything you might possibly need. It was located in a nice neighborhood with numerous restaurants and grocery stores and convenient to Santa Monica and UCLA. We enjoyed the orange tree and outdoor space, as well as the air conditioning on the occasional hot day, and the washer/dryer towards the end of our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay
Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood, close by grocery stores, convenient location, 15 min to Getty, 20 min to LACMA, 15min to UCLA, 20min to Santa Monica pier. Rooms are big, beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equipped with small appliances. Each room has its own patio. Easy parking.

Had a great stay from start to finish! The home was very clean, thoughtfully set up/decorated, and conveniently located. Khanh was a stellar host - super accommodating and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay
We came down to visit my son at UCLA. The place was a great location, easy parking and so well equipped with attention to detail. We would definitely stay there again. Master bed was so comfy!

Perfectly Delightful!
The house is adorable and Khanh thought of everything and more to make our stay feel like home. Any item you might need is provided in case you've forgotten anything (clothing aside of course!) It is cozy and the bedrooms are just beautiful, separate and each with their own decks to a private lush yard. Super clean and we were greeted with lovely fresh flowers and fruit upon arrival just top it off. Highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect VRBO
Our family of 4 (with adult children) loved this VRBO. The amenities were first-class and the owner was so accommodating and helpful. The home was absolutely spotless and there were fresh flowers and oranges from the backyard waiting for us. We had no idea what neighborhood was a good choice when we booked but we made a fantastic choice. It was residential, safe, and centrally located for all of our activities. I would highly recommend this property.

Small but comfortable
My friend and I met up for a big Football Game and rented this residence. The owners residence is connected to the house, so when the code that we got to get into the gate didn't work, made it super easy since he was right there. There wasn't "cable" tv, but there was smart tv with apps, so no big deal (I was just trying to get my sports network shows). Everything else was perfect!
