Fit the bill

We were all senior citizens who stayed on the 3rd floor. Stairs were steep but manageable. Unit was dated and overall could use some improvements (paint. furniture). Good location as we were the for Rosebowl parade within 20-25 minutes). Owners very accommodating and responsive.

Run down but okay. Toilets keep plugging up. Parking would change without notice. TV wouldn’t work first day and owners wanted us to call cable company they didn’t call until next day after we expressed our disappointment in them. Don’t mind cleaning up after ourselves but why do they leave an envelope for us to leave a small token to the cleaning staff when they come in after u leave. I believe what they do after we leave is called a job and they get paid for that. Was our first and lady time we will go for a condo

Great Location

The owner of this rental was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was as advertised and easy. Location is ideal if you are visiting the area. Easy access to the freeways and very close to malls and downtown. Could use some updates but no surprises and well stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Would not hesitate to return as our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Very nice condo, perfect for families.

Travelling with two teenagers we appreciated the three bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. In house laundry! Shopping was steps away and we were able to walk. Save neighbourhood and parking, very important in LA. Most attractions were within 1 hr drive or less. Some only 10-15 mins! Owners were super helpful. Communication by text and email kept us up to date with easy and clear instructions. Directions and entry instructions were provided along with a list of things to do in the area. Thanks to the Cordons😀

Great location

Our family of 6 stayed at this location last week. It's very close to Universal Studios and to the beach area, which is exactly what we were looking for. It is spacious so everyone had room to move around. The kitchen is well supplied, which made eating in much easier. Although the building is an older structure, it is well maintained and very clean. The Galleria is about a 2 minute walk away. The only negative would be if one has trouble going up and down stairs, as they are steep and this is a 3rd floor rental.

Apartamento na periferia de LA

Na verdade não é um hotel, mas sim um apartamento alugado pelo proprietário. Gostei muito do hoteis.com oferecer este tipo de possibilidade. A estadia foi muito boa, não tivemos nenhum problema. O local não tem luxo e o bairro fica um pouco afastado do centro de Los Angeles.

Viel Lärm im Haus. Gegenüber eine Parkanlage, die Tag und Nacht bewohnt war. Die Bettwäsche wirkte ungewaschen. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel.

Great vacation place -- home away from home

It was centrally located to different points of interest we wanted, especially where we had our gala dinner reunion. It accommodated all 8 of us, the rooms were spacious, with supplied linen and pillows. Our only comment was lack of elevator, esp if you are carrying several heavy luggages.
