They need to do better. They advertised WI-FI but it was never good in any of the rooms I have stayed in. Everything is outdated. They do not clean the rooms properly. The towels are old permanent stains and cheap qualities like foams all over your body after you clean yourself with them. I was only booking them because it’s near my workplace and it’s a little bit cheaper compared to other ones. But the last straw for me was after I slept in room 208, I woke up with a lot of something that looked like allergies or I got bitten by something. I informed the lady and let her know this is the last time I will ever book them. My skin is full of rashes now. I believe it could be allergies from their cheap detergent they used to wash those bedsheets.

Was bugs everywhere in room 213 . Don’t know if a previous someone left it there but I’m I seen over 10 and couldn’t sleep . Also dirt everywhere on the floor and dirty sheets . Would like my money back or a complementary room .

Zero stars if I could. Didn’t stay. The staff member asked for a cash deposit which is not named in their policy. It was after midnight in a neighborhood where the hotels parking lot consisted of more than one hypodermic needles and trash. Expedia would not honor a refund despite me calling from the parking lot and having proof of their lack of following their own policies. I will not stay there or be using Expedia again. Beware!!

First thing we noticed cockroaches. Only had two dirty towels that were black all over had blood on them. Blood on the ceiling. Blood on the pillow couldn’t get any extra pillows or extra towels at check-in hotel was still did not look at it had even been cleaned. Stayed for two nights never got the room cleaned while we were there or got more towels had to go get them myself doesn’t have a hairdryer or a microwave only has a frozen refrigerator. It was a horrible, horrible stay no fitted sheet no extra blanket. Had to sleep with that nasty quilt that we’re sure had stuff on. It had a hole in it pillows, flimsy, and as soon as you put your head on them, you sink all the way to the Bed staff barely speaks. English bed was hard and lumpy, and very noisy. Just walking through the room the bed made noises horrible shower pressure again. Everything was disgusting. Got no hand towels got one wash rag. Horrible day going to be calling to ask for a refund and suggest Expedia drop that hotel from their website.

My bathtub was disgusting. It was painted over and then there was grease all over it. There’s no extended check out.
