All of the familiar trappings of home, in a great location with extremely cozy living amenities. This apartment dwelling has been highly modified with two large screen televisions with streaming services (Netflix, YouTubeTV or add your own), two custom arcade setups, and a Full Kitchen with stove, microwave, full fridge etc. Don’t leave the feel of home behind while you travel.

*This home is on the second floor with stairway access. The full kitchen provides basic kitchen cookware (spatula, can/bottle opener, pot, frying pan, cookie sheet, utensils).*

Long Beach Grand Prix Stay
Very nice place to stay. Be warned though that it doesn't have air conditioning, take that into account if you are planning a stay during the summer.

Visiting son who lives in Long Beach
The place was exactly what I needed. We did not spend much time at the apartment basically we just slept and showered there. It was very clean and the owners left us coffee, water and laundry detergent which was useful. Parking was not an issue, we didn't always get a spot on the block at night but was always able to find something with in a block or two. Two things I would recommend the owners buying a few extra pillows, just two pillows on each bed and we do like to sleep with two each. Also a full mirror would have been nice, there was just a small mirror in the bathroom over the sink. Overall it was perfect for us and I will be renting again next time I visit.

Great location, clean, easy
Great location. I was always able to find parking, there are stores nearby and plenty of things to do. The apartment came with everything I needed on my stay. There is no AC but with the fans that were there we never had a problem.

Comfortable Apartment
This was a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. Although it is not fancy, it was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. This was the best priced 2 bedroom in LA. It was centrally located in the city and 10 minutes from beach. Host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable
Very clean and convenient distance from beach. Parking could be challenging and the neighborhood was loud in the evening, but extremely quiet by bedtime and overnight, and the beds were very comfortable. Our whole family slept hard the whole week. Great property for our Long Beach vacation!

Great host - be mindful of weather
We had a great experience. We did take a risk going in June with no AC. Most nights it was very hot in the rooms, so just be prepared. Parking was easier than we thought as we found free street parking every night within a couple of blocks. William was very easy to work with!

A cozy place to stay in Long Beach
Our Host, William, was very communicative thoughout the whole process. The property itself was exactly what we needed and definitely could have comfortably supported a much longer vacation. The host has gone out of their way to add additional above and beyond amenities to really make it feel special. The only cautions I would list for future renters is that this is a 2nd floor property up a stone staircase, the unit is not central AC equipped, and if coming with a car, parking can be difficult late at night. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience.

An easy going stay
William was very nice, also asking us during our stay if anything was needed. If you are willing to regular cook at home, then you should advise William to provide some more pains and pots. We had a very calm stay in that place.
