"Hotel Villa Neroli is simply an oasis in Florence, one of the best if not the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. If you’ve ever dreamed of staying in a luxurious villa in Italy, this is the place. The hotel, the grounds, the pool, all first class. The staff was excellence, dedicated to customer service and could not have been better. From the moment we got there, the staff treated us like family, very kind, caring, and accommodating. The staff at the bar was happy to refill our water bottles and this little touch meant so much to us. The included breakfast was delicious, nutritious, and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. I would not want to stay any other place in Florence. One thing to be aware of is that the Villa Neroli is a more suburban area, a 15-20 minute cab ride into the center of Florence, which is near the train station. It’s not a walk, so factor some cab rides into and back from the historic center of Florence with all of its restaurants and shops. To us, it was well worth the little extra time and money to stay at this gorgeous location."

Morning on the terrace watching the valley illuminate as the sun rises from the east; makes the morning coffee and the view worth enduring the crisp morning air. Free breakfast and free happy hour in the evening with drinks and nibbles was a great added bonus. Very well kept and clean property. Bed and mattress was super comfortable. "This resort was simply beautiful! We stayed in the grand room as there were 5 of us, and it was much bigger than I expected! Three bedrooms, 3 washrooms, huge living room - it was great! As we had 2 kids, we had to use the family pool, which was conveniently close to our room. No bar at the pool, but there was a QR code to order drinks and food. There were towels at the pool as well. The staff were very kind and helpful. We appreciated the welcome gift of wine, juice, and snacks too! The breakfast buffet was lovely with lots of variety of hot and cold items. Would highly recommend this resort."
