"did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming"

"Incredible property with lovely amenities."

"Host was very communicative when we reached out about something. Place was great for what we needed."

"I do not recommend this property at all; it was a total disaster. The bathroom was clogged, there was trash everywhere, a bad smell, and terrible service."

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"I had a very pleasant stay in crystal room. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, and I appreciated the overall environment and facilities. My stay went smoothly and I would gladly recommend the property to other travelers."

"Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. "

"I loved the stay, we had easy tv access, restroom was clean, and there was many food places nearby."

"Highly recommend. In the middle of everything old harbor!"

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."
