The host is unresponsive. We arrived around 7pm at the guest house and it was pitch dark. None available to let us in. This was a total scam. Me and my wife knocked on door for close to 20 minutes and had to book another hotel for the night, even though we paid for this place in full. I am disappointed that a property like this exists on Expedia. Expedia refunded us due to this, but we had a terrible experience.I Do not recommend this property at all.

This was OK place to stay for one or maybe two nights. Location doesn’t have many places to eat around but decently close to the buses that can get you to the Newark airport and/or to the train stations going into New York. Space was decently cleaned, but there was no paper towel towels or extra toilet paper. The room itself was descent. I wish the shared spaces were a little cleaner and offered filtered water. The hosts responded when I needed help entering the space, which was nice.

It’s a single room with a common shared bathroom, no bugs, but unsure of maintenance, the shower tap was really messed up. You get your own room with coded locks, so safety is fine. Once in your room with nice tv, it’s great, had a good sleep. Parking was not straightforward, beware you are just parking on the street.

The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available. Staff was amazing Ahmed helped me get situated when no one else was answering so I really appreciate him helping me get set up cuz it was kinda confusing getting in the rooms/home.

It was a quiet place to stay. I had came in town for an emergency with my 4 year old and 7month baby. All hotels was sold out for July 4th in the area. The outside of the house is a little Sketchy but once inside I felt safe because there were three security locks to each door and the rooms were double locked. I only came to sleep and during the day I was gone mostly. I would recommend just bringing your own towel and wash cloth and soap lol. But I would definitely recommend someone to stay here especially if u are traveling solo. Many stores are close by and walking distance. Even the guy that’s hosting was very welcoming and I felt comfortable. Thank you

Owner was very passive aggressive on the phone and through text for any questions asked. Deluxe room is just a standard room (should be stated). Room had a smell in it and when asked about it was passive aggressive and just ignored it.

WHERE do I begin? After I booked the room, I was communicating with one person. They told me to be at the property by 2pm for check-in. When I arrived at the property, everything was digital. As far as the locks are concerned. The directions were not clear as to which room I was in. The person I was communicating with stopped communicating once I was in the property. I could not get into the room for about twenty minutes. Thank GOD another gentleman was in the property who could help me. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was disgusting, they give you bath towels and no face towels, and then when I asked about it, the lady I'm NOW communicating with was completely rude and mean and tried to put me out of the property for voicing the fact that nothing is clean. Bed bugs. The ice maker is broken. THEN tried to charge me $630 for the weekend. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! UNFORTUNATELY, as a traveling actress, we have to stay where the producers place us, but that was ridiculous! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
