「Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

「I was given a code to get into the home and greeted by the two dogs who jumped on me as I entered, one dog jumped onto my Left arm that started bleeding due to dog tearing my skin. I went to bathroom washed it, applied toilet paper to get it to stop bleeding , found two bandaids in my car. I met the owners later that day outside and mentioned it to them. Later my friend showed up we went to dinner, came back, the dogs greeted us again, jumping on us. we got up the next day to go to our bike...

「Check-in for me was a challenge. As I booked through Expedia, the property did not provide me with any of the check-in information. Very stressful beginning but otherwise good place to stay.」

「I enjoyed my stay. The location was close to all the wedding events, beach and restaurants. It was so nice to have beach chairs , umbrellas and even a cooler available to use. We enjoyed long morning walks and the porch in the mornings. There is a definite difference in size and style between the main house and the motel style rooms. Overall great experience.」
