My stay was amazing, I was there for work and I had to “work from home” one day, which was no problem cause the apartment was very spacious and very bright, it had a table to work at, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Also Mary called me a couple of times while I was there to check in on me, she was super nice and kind! I will be back for sure!!! Highly recommended if you wanna stay at a nice and very well located place for a very reasonable price :)

Make it clear before booking that you have to email the details needed for check-in before receiving details on how to access property/ get keys etc. Maybe even provide this on property page / booking to ensure this is not needed and does not cause stress, as it did for me. The property was clean, as described. Any issues were resolved quickly (ironing board needed replaced as was faulty). Kitchen was well equipped, washing machine worked and fridge worked.

Property easy to locate and check in details accurate and easy. Bed was so hard, felt like no mattress at all, there was a mattress topper but this didn’t help, worst three nights sleep I have ever had, would have slept on the sofa but it was to small. Tv didn’t work, could get into a Netflix but not onto tv, tried auto tuning but nothing, rang the helpline number and spoke to somebody but they couldn’t solve the issue, so again three nights without a tv. WiFi very tempromental and keep logging out or very weak signal. Overall as a solo traveler wouldn’t come back unless the above issue are resolved.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed, decent kitchen, although providing salt, pepper and cooking oil would be very helpful (had to buy everything). Very poor communication. A number of things were not working: very difficult to get into the front door (took us an hour after an overnight flight and we were exhausted), lockbox to get apartment key would not open, wall thermometer did not work and apartment was super hot/stuffy, safe did not work. Both the wall thermometer and safe only needed new batteries, which we informed guestservices right away (by email, only way to communicate). Both were not fixed until Thursday (we checked in on Sunday). Living room couch was very small and uncomfortable. Glass tabletop wobbled.

The flat was as hoped for. The only issues were that the bedroom blinds were broken and, though I reached out to management, nothing could be done. The cleaning crew came two hours before check-out which also created stress.

A fantastic opportunity to stay in a modern property in central London without any hassle or fuss. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Double-paned windows allowed us to simply ignore the busy high street below. All in all, you simply can't beat this location.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The internet was very poor upon our arrival and it took 3 days before the problem was resolved by installing a new modem. The bed was not very comfortable and the bedroorm blinds were not very suitable.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e tenuto in ottime condizioni molto spazioso, ottimo wifi e riscaldamento. Dotato di ogni comfort. La zona é molto tranquilla e dista a pochi passi, 100 mt circa, dalla linea metropolitana Chancery lane ( central ) L'indicazioni prima dell'arrivo sono state molto ben dettagliate. Ritornerai nolto volentieri
