スペイン料理店・BARの２階です

チングフォード駅の目の前で、ロンドン市内中心部へ行くのは便利な場所だと思います。が、車で行ったので通り過ぎてしまいましたし、駐車場ではなく近くに路注していました。ELCHEというスペイン料理店の２階がホテルで、歩道で飲み食いしてる人が大勢いますが、そのレストランの中でマスターがホテル受付のB&Bという感じです。ホテル部屋はそれ程広くありませんが、清潔で、値段からすれば十分だと思います。８月でしたが、当初部屋の窓が開いていましたが、外が若干うるさくて閉めたら十分静かでよく寝られました。ただ窓の外はすぐに隣の壁です。

Adequate

For an overnight stay or possibly two nights it's OK. Things to consider are: 1. sink faucet laced a handle 2. usually no one is at the desk when you need someone or just want some information 3. Need to walk up steep steps to rooms and desk. No elevator which can be a problem if you have luggage. 4. Breakfast - OK if fruit and a sweet roll with coffee/tea meet your needs. 5. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but apparently English was not their first language in most cases. 6. Electrical outlets were not well thought out for guest purposes. 7. Location is a bit out of the way if you are just sightseeing, but transportation is nearby which is good if you know where you want to go and how to get around.

Okay hotel

Hotellet var ganske fint til prisen, trods pletter på gulvtæppet. Var badeværelse og sengene i pæn og rene. Stationen ligger 2 minutter fra hotellet så transporten mellem london og hotellet var dejlig nem.

Nice clean welcoming hotel with friendly staff.

Overall very pleasant experience, on main road near many restaurants and bars etc. Lovely weather so ventured around the area, train station is across the road but low noise le els in area.

Great value and location

Nice location with free parking behind. My room on2nd floor very quiet as over a bar but didn't hear a thing. Reception very friendly. Good value pleasant room.

Noisy unmanned guesthouse

The reception is manned occasionally no one normally around, weekend staff cannot speak English, room so noisy as Maceys above restaurants party next door going on until 3am then people running along the corridor shouting and banging on doors , I only got 3 hours sleep. shower runs cold often as well. unorganized guesthouse.

Convenient for local visits and travel to London

Relatively low cost lodging with friendly staff and clean rooms with Wi-Fi. Bed a bit hard for me. Light breakfast available in room but low cost full breakfast nearby convenient to train station with 30 minutes to central London

Easy last minute booking

Needed to meet up in central London so booked hotel last minute. right opposite the station and then went straight into town. Good price.

interesting spot opposite Chingford Station

Inexpesive hotel run with a skeleton staff. I never found out where breakfast was . The room was nicely set out and there is a fab restaurant called the Goujon underneat. Macys is right on the edge of the country which makes it a nice location

Kein Frühstück, Lage: weit weg vom Zentrum

Das Hotel entspricht sicherlich keinen 4 Sterne. Zum Frühstück hatte es 2 Tassen und einen Wasserkocher, mit Kaffeepulfer. Die Tassen wurden während unserem Aufenthalt nicht einmal gewaschen, oder mit sauberen Tassen ersetzt. Im Bad waren abdeckungen offen, und es hatte überallRost und Kalk.

Good Hotel in Area

I was well received at the hotel from a very pleasant gentleman. The service was great. The room was fine with free Wi-Fi and it was a good size and good quality for the price. I found street parking and it was convenient to where I needed to work. There are several restaurants in the area and for a one night business trip it was great. The hotel had a free continental breakfast that was left in the room.

Illa luktande heltäckningsmattor/hotellet låg långt bort från London.

Rummet var micro litet, helt fel bilder stämde ej. Frukosten bestod av flingor och mjölk, om man var envis kunde de göra äggröra. Långt bort från allting, fanns tåg som tog 20 minuter till London. Dåliga tågtider. Personalen gjorde det bästa av situationen.

Shame about breakfast.

On our booking form it stated that we had "Full" breakfast, I assumed this meant a full cooked breakfast which it normally does. However, all that was offered was a bowl of fruit, water and a small pastry each. I booked this accommodation in preference to others as it said that the breakfast was included, clearly not the breakfast we expected!! The room was small but fine, a comfortable bed and it was clean, also tea and coffee making facilities, a pity that the advertising of breakfast let it down.

rubbish definitely never again

It was really bAd. The only one guy that was running the cheap restaurant and the hotel upstairs was rude. Was more concerned about serving his one customer in his restaurant.

Surprisingly good

Lovely hotel and fantastic tapas restaurant below. We loved our stay but when we went for breakfast therebwasbnobody there, shame.
