Within walking distance of 10 minutes to Kennington Station and 15 minutes to Oval, both of which are connected to the Northern Line. My contemporary duplex sits close to Kennington Park, while Walworth Road, where you can do all your essential shopping and visit local small shops and eateries, is 13 minutes away on foot. It has plenty of large floor-to-ceiling windows that immerse the rooms in bright sunlight and is fully furnished with luxurious amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

On the ground level, you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with plush seating, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table to enjoy meals. Outside, there's a small private terrace with outdoor furniture -- enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a book or alfresco dinners with friends and loved ones.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and built-in wardrobes. Both are lined in freshly laundered linens to ensure a goodnight's rest.

The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up yourself, with complimentary towels and toiletries.

Situated just south of the River Thames, it is well-connected to the city centre and offers a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The area is characterized by its diverse community and rich history, with beautiful Victorian and Georgian architecture adding to its charm. Kennington is popular with young professionals, families, and students due to its proximity to central London and excellent transport links. Visitors can explore Kennington Park, an attractive green space offering leisure opportunities. The district is also renowned for The Oval cricket ground, hosting exciting matches during the cricket season. Weekdays are recommended to make the most of a visit, as the area is relatively calmer and offers a chance to experience the local atmosphere without the weekend crowds.

My home is within walking distance of the Northern Line and various bus stops at Walworth Road. Additionally, services like UBER, Addisson Lee and Bolt are available for hire in London.

Depending on the route and traffic conditions, Heathrow Airport will take 40 minutes by car. Alternatively, it'll take 16 minutes via Heathrow Express from Paddington Station.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
