Failed to the entry became loss of the service. Where is the key access. Phone called through Helpdesk for an over 4 hours. Emailed to the Head Office within attachment complaints reported them.
Loss of the Funds will be requested to be refunds agreed.

All shared facilities are in a state. The room, however, was clean and comfortable.
