"Excellent hotel stay. Great value for the price. The location is perfect if you want a daily view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is a block away. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the bowlers worn by the valet crew!"

"I was attending an event which finished late, and I didn't want to travel home alone. So I looked for somewhere close by to stay which didn't break the bank. The Strand Palace Hotel offers single-bed rooms that come with a luxury shower room stocked with Rituals products, large wardrobe, table & chair, a desk and huge TV. Plus free wifi, bottle of water and bar of chocolate... and all for £110. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel room was quiet & comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Appreciated daily maid service. Location is great for central London - 5 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station and close to walk to various restaurants, attractions etc. We had 2 bed deluxe apartment with river view which had a stunning view over the Thames to Tower Bridge and the Shard. Lovely to sit on balcony and watch life below. Higher floor may be preferable as from first floor felt very close to restaurant below. Would definitely stay again."

"We have stayed in a number of different hotels across London over the last 15 years, whether for work, a weekend away as a couple or a full family trip. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at for what we need. The location is perfect for getting to pretty much every major sight, being so close to Blackfriars and Southwark makes it incredibly easy to get about, but we were actually able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were amazing quality and size - as a family of 6 we booked a double double (an interconnecting set of rooms, one with two double beds and one with a king bed). We had ample space, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only negative was that we waited 25mins on our first evening to get a drink, but the bar staff were busy catering for a wedding so we’ll give them the benefit of doubt. Overall a great stay and we will be returning."
