「Creates was an excellent experience! Everyone was super nice and accommodating! The room was clean and so cute and cozy. The location was great and it was easy to find. We also had lunch and the cafe below and it was excellent too. Overall highly recommended and we hope to go back someday!」
「Our stay was a delight from start to finish. We had planned to drop our case and head off to Cardiff before check-in but the room was ready 2 hours early so we were able to check in then! The room was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and clean and spacious. The shower was lovely once we got to grips with the temperature control. The kitchenette was well-equipped and a lovely touch. The hot tub was fantastic with clear instructions. We were even able to use it in the rain due to the little roof...

and too many lorries turning up at 5am for deliveries and people screaming and shouting late at night from 2 public houses down the road and to top it all from 7am Monday and Tuesday morning young school children waiting for restaurant Haystack to open for school club the hotel itself is excellent condition very high specification finish very clean condition no hot water till 8am」
