Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!

Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday
Clean room, staff were very helpful and smiley. Vu bar has great view, v especially on the balcony and the fish and chips was lovely. Beakfast was buffet and had everything on offer. I also paid extra to have a late check out. Will def stay here again.
