This delightful 85 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with open living and kitchen spaces. The living room features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven and cutleries to make delicious meals.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Carcavelos, located near Lisbon, is renowned for its wide sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, surfing, and water sports. Just a short train ride from the capital, it offers a convenient coastal escape with cafes and restaurants along the beachfront.

The town is also home to the historic São Julião da Barra Fort, which overlooks the Tagus River. Part of the Cascais area, Carcavelos provides easy access to nearby attractions like Cascais and Estoril, making it a popular destination for both relaxation and exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Carcavelos, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
