Very friendly people. Our room was clean, quiet and had the river view. The breakfast area was small but had excellent variety and a coffee machine for cappuccino or expression. Perfect location! Restaurants within close proximity.

You could easily walk past the hotel because it doesn't have big exterior signage and its on a very busy street. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walk across the street for amazing views and sunsets. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated.

Loved staying here. It was in the perfect location in the heart of the Alfama district with the tram and tuk tuks stationed across the street. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so lovely. The room was nice if a bit small, not much walking room and makes you feel like a cruise ship cabin. But we weren't in the room much so it didnt matter. I would definitely stay here again.
