This condo unit was just fine. Good location and nice view of Siletz Bay. Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The unit was very clean and well laid out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you will need to cook at home. Bed was very comfortable, the linens could use an update but they were spotless. The pad on the door did not work but the issue was taken care of quickly and we were able to access the actual key for entry. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay

We had to change our plans staying in our RV last minute and found this place a few days before our scheduled vacation. We received all the appropriate information the day before we left and it made it very easy to check in and out of the room. Nice place right on the bay and on the end of town where it is not too busy. Clean, comfortable and all the necessary item in the kitchen to cook meals. Will stay again.

Enjoyable stay

It was an enjoyable stay for our second year in a row. The key pad did not work when I got there at 4:00. I was told by Oregon Beach vacations they would call me back in 15 min after they contacted a service person to fix it, they didn’t call me back and I was worried since it was almost 5:00. I called two more times and was told how to get the manual key out of box.

Right on the Beach

This property is located at the end of Lincoln City (technically in Taft) on Siletz Bay. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance. Normally you can enjoy a bonfire right on the beach, but we were there during a fire ban so check before you go. Bring your clamming gear and catch your dinner! The condo was decently equipped but the kitchen was a little haphazard (no coffee, but lots filters!) however there is a grocery store within walking distance for anything you may need.

Could have been better

Lovely property that appeared to be newly updated. The bad news was the smell that we assume was from the new flooring. We reported it but got no response from the property manager. We aired things out as well as we could but struggled. Glad we only booked 2 nights. Seriously considered moving to a hotel. Otherwise good beach access, nice elevator and carts to move in and out with.

This property was very clean and welcoming for us to stay there. The elevator was a nice addition since we were staying on the 4th floor. The water pressure in the shower was really great, too. It was a little noisy if you had the patio door open being so close to 101. Overall, it was a great place and great location.

412 was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The sofa bed is comfortable and there were great directions and needed information posted. I would choose it again. Also, it’s not obvious, but there was a an elevator.
