"I'll start with the positive and move to the less positive First the hotel staff is very good and courteous. The service was good I asked to change a room and they made an effort to change our room. The food is also good. Now to the not so positive the rooms are dated and with old carpeting. There is a smell of mold in the corridors of the hotel. The hotel needs redoing and refurbishing. "

"Best holiday ever! Villa River view was everything promised and more, it was immaculately clean and the lovely owner Athina was available to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but nothing else so we had to buy everything even salt and pepper. The barbeque was amazing and eating outside on the balcony was wonderful. The location was so peaceful with no neighbors and the pool was cleaned regularly. The nearest well stocked local shop is 5 minutes away and the beaches and big supermarket about a 15 minute drive. Plenty to do by car, beaches and restaurants very reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed are time and hope to return."

"Although the villa does not have internal connections to all floors (the down floor is isolated from the rest), we liked the villa very much. It is spacious, has a nice veranda and a well equipped balcony. The beds are good. The swimming pool is great. The villa is a wonderful place to spend holidays in a large group/family."

"The hosts were great and great communication. The villa was beautiful and set in a quiet location overlooking the hills. Everyday the farmer would move the sheep which was nice to watch. The villa had everything we needed. We requested the pool to be heated which it was for our arrival. This meant we were able to swim in there this time of year as without it we wouldn’t be able to get in the pool. If you do use the pool in the cooler months please cover it up when not in use as we didn’t and our bill was big. We have enjoyed our stay so much we booked again before we left. We are looking forward to our return "

"We had a wonderful time in Cyprus. Our villa was in a quiet location with a magnificent view of a bay. If you prefer a more peaceful setting, this is the perfect place. However, everything else is easily accessible by car – restaurants, beaches, the harbor, and towns."

"In general the stay was lovely and the area is quiet, picturesque and the view is fantastic. There are a few restaurant and shops within a 10-15min walk and the town is a short drive away. Stavos the manager was always on hand and attended daily to check the pool. However there were silly little issues that did not spoil the trip but I feel need to be considered, firstly the main house key is also the fob for the the power so every time you go out powers off to the ac and fans, appreciate that we are managing costs but in the summer months when your out for the day it is a little uncomfortable when you first return. Also the property really needs some simple tic to bring it back to a standard against value, actually seal around the windows, refresh the paintwork, modernise the external furniture and if you will charge for ac in the front room let it be on constant and not on a timer where we need to reset it every 2 hours. As I said in general a lovely stay but the home just needs a general makeover but for a quiet idyllic home away from all the hustle of Paphos and protaras it’s ideal. The pool was the best area and a super size for the family. "
