「Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, ...

「Disappointed that we got assigned a room in front of the elevator and ice machine. Our room did not get cleaned unless we called them to remind them. TV to watch finals game was horrible. Bar closed way too early for summer」

「The view from our balcony was beautiful but no privacy from the other balconies. The room was average at best, very hot upon arrival and multiple outlets didn’t work. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was pathetic. The pool was very cloudy all week, either a result of improper water chemistry or filtration. Eat breakfast elsewhere.」
