「The restaurant service is quite slow considering that only two or three tables were occupied each time we visited. On one occasion, I ordered a filet mignon medium-well, but it was served well-done. On a positive note, breakfast was very good, although the avocado had some bad sections that should have been removed before serving. There is also room for improvement in the common areas. 「I checked in and the girl was very nice and accommodating. The I drove around to my room. When you drive up to your room and park outside of it you think, Oh not so nice. Then you walk into your lovely room. The room leads to a beautiful courtyard. All of the rooms are around the courtyard which has the pool. We had 5 rooms between us for a friend getaway. 「Very rude cleaning staff supervisor. Very rude cleaning lady. Apparently they get paid by the room and they pushed us out of the room “because they needed to leave”even though the manager of the hotel had given us till 11:30 to check out. Honestly the only bad thing about the hotel I can point out. Everyone else except this two janitors were exceptional. They left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would probably never return! 」
