Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. The hotel is not fancy, very basic, but it was very clean and very quiet which we greatly appreciated. "

"Lovely hotel / aparthotel situated in downtown Rio easily assessable from the VLT system ( tram) that links the area to central & various tourist sites Decent sized modern rooms , good wifi. Good buffet breakfast . Great staff throughout the establishment but a special mention must go out to Clieton on reception who resolved an issue very professionally that occured in the breakfast area Would highly recommend this hotel even if the surrounding area looks a bit sketchy.
