Decepcionante

Desta vez minha estadia foi decepcionante. No site temos 2 opções de quarto, sempre escolho a mais cara, pois já conheço os quartos desse hotel. Como sempre, escolhi a opção mais cara e nos colocaram em um quarto minúsculo, dificil entrar pela porta com uma mala pequena na mão. Box do banheiro muito pequeno, cama e travesseiros extremamente desconfortáveis. Ao questionar na recepção se este era o quarto correto, a resposta foi q sim. Além disso, era no térreo e todo o barulho do andar superior era ouvido do quarto. Como era uma estadia curta, deixamos para lá, mas não voltaremos.

Gosto muito do Hotel Casablanca Koeller. Sempre opto por ficar nos quartos ao final do terreno, após a piscina, porque ficam mais distantes dos barulhos da rua, ou seja, são mais silenciosos. O quarto contava com ar condicionado que também tinha a função de aquecimento, o que é muito importante no inverno de Petrópolis. Limpeza dos quartos feita diariamente. TV com vários canais disponíveis. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Apenas o Wi-fi precisa ser melhorado, pois é bastante instável. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel novamente. A avaliação geral é positiva.
