Pousada aprazível com excelente localização

Próxima a maioria dos pontos de interesse da cidade de Petrópolis, a pousada além de estar muito bem localizada no Centro Histórico, é bastante confortável, organizada e limpa. É minha segunda vez nela, ficamos inclusive no mesmo quarto da primeira e certamente voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Bom atendimento e conforto mas falha no café

A pousada é bonita, confortável e muito bem localizada. Mas pensando no custo/benefício, acho que paga-se mais pelo M2 que outra coisa. O atendimento é agradável e simpático. Fomos muito hem tratados por todos funcionários, mas o café é muito fraco, com pouca variedade, havia comida que estavam frias (como ovo mexido e salsicha) e sem gosto. Temos eu e minha esposa um cão que não levamos. Mas passamos dois dias ouvindo um cãozinho latindo em um dos quartos enquanto seu donos estavam na rua (não acho certo o que esses hóspedes fizeram com o bichinho). Disseram-me na pousada que ela é pet friendly, mas não vimos espaço nenhum para recreação dos animais. Uma coisa é aceitar animais, outra é ter estrutura para se dizer pet friendly.

Ótimo hotel com pontos a melhorar.

Estadia maravilhosa. É um hotel lindo, uma casa histórica, tocando música clássica, tudo muito lindo, atendimento excelente, café da manhã bom, piscina limpa mesmo fora de alta temporada. Fica na melhor localização de Petrópolis para ficar hospedado. O único ponto que pecam é pelo conforto. O prédio é quase todo em madeira, o que causa barulhos pelo edifício facilmente, também é possível ouvir barulho dos outros quartos. Mas o principal ponto a melhor é o conforto das camas. A cama do quarto que estava é muito antiga, fazia muito barulho com o mínimo movimento enquanto dormia, o que por vezes acabava me acordando no meio da noite. Além do mais o colchão não era tão confortável, me deixou com um pouco de dor nas costas, e as toalhas de banho poderiam ser melhores, mais grossas. Uma das que usamos estava com um pequeno furo. São problemas que incomodam, se fossem em outro hotel seria muito mais agravante, mas observando um contexto geral fica com saldo positivo. Se resolverem esses problemas fica perfeito.
