"My stay was just one night, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed. The location is easy to find and close to what I was there to do. Walking the area was easy. "

The aircon is old and noisy in the rooms and doesn’t bring the temperature down much, the shower stopped working for no reason and not all the powerpoints work in the room. I wouldn't stay again even though it is in spitting distance from times square."

"Diner next door, Starbucks on same side of Broadway but across the street, a grocery across the street from the hotel, and the 72nd subway stop on the red line (1, 2, 3) a couple blocks away. Convenient public transportation. Mostly quiet, as far as NYC goes. Large 1 bdrm with stovetop and refrigerator. Two TVs, though did need to talk to the front desk to get both working. Staff friendly."
