"Pros: -location is very convenient -lots of elevators -quiet for the most part -taxis/rickshaws right out front -gift shop available to purchase snacks etc -in house restaurant Cons: -hotel needs TLC ie. toilet flush is weak / shower pressure is weak - not cleaned throughly between visitors ie. found toothbrush and hair tie on the floor - elevators are quite ‘wobbly’ and almost sound like they’ll break anytime -Starbucks is not a ‘real’ Starbucks, very limited options and hours - request for hour later checkout so kids can sleep before our flight was denied"

"Air conditioning in room was horrible, thermostat never went lower than 70 degrees. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Was very disappointed because I’ve been to several Hampton Inns and always had excellent air conditioning and bed / pillows."

"The room was dirty, nice breakfast, no big variety but there is bread spreads and a little more. The stuff was, very nice and helpful."

"The hotel has large rooms for NYC. They are clean and everything works well. It is an easy walk to many of New York's best attractions, including Bryant Park, Time Square and the Empire State building. The lobby market and bar are both good, with friendly staff."

"Staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating and considerate. Clean and small room perfect for a tight budget. In a great location and easy to get to from the airport. Miracle was very nice. I would stay here again!"
