"The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana, people smoking it inside and outside. The smell came into our room. Our room door was left unlocked and opened by cleaning staff. The door had to be slammed too get it to close. Poor work on the remolding. Just paint slapped over problem."

"The front desk staff, especially during check-in, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. It really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, including both the rooms and common areas. You could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking nice. The lobby and dining area were especially impressive — very inviting, comfortable, and well designed. Although I personally was not too fond of the breakfast options, it honestly did not take away from the overall experience because everything else was so enjoyable. Parking was convenient and easy, which is always a plus. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel remained despite it being an extremely busy weekend during the motorcycle rally. I expected a lot of outside noise, but surprisingly there was little to none, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms were not oversized, but they were more than spacious enough for the price and provided everything needed to be comfortable. The layout was efficient, clean, and accommodating without feeling cramped. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again in the future. Great customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and value made this a very positive experience."
