"The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. My daughter’s ankle was severely bruised when we arrived. She was immediately given a place to sit with a towel and bag of ice. It took about 20 minutes and we were escorted to a beautiful suite where she continued take care of her ankle. It was first class service in so many ways. We were spoiled with every expectation being met. The hotel is centrally located to the Alt Stadt (Old Town). The twin dome Cathedral, the main railway center, restaurants, brand name boutique shops, lined the quaint streets. My favorite authentic German restaurant and pub is Früh also located within a short walking distance. "

"Room was a little dated with cracks in bathroom here and there however, cannot fault the stay we had a room upgrade with a view of the cathedral, the use of mini bar free of charge was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely book here again on our return visit."
