Excellent location to walk to the cathedral and the train station is directly across the street from the hotel and the bus station is behind the hotel. Food and shopping establishments are all in walking distance.

The room itself was decent, but it is literally right next to the train station, so it is extremely loud all night. The trains don't run much at night, but people were yelling in the street and there was a lot of traffic noise. The staff was very nice though

The hotel is located right next to Cologne station with a great view of the cathedral from the breakfast room. The breakfast was good value and the equal of many more expensive ones we had taken earlier in the trip as it had more options with regard to dairy and gluten free. All staff were very friendly.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable. There is no air-conditioning but there was a decent fan in each room and the windows opened. The location is excellent and you are right next to the station, close to the Dom and the shops are also only a short walk. As you would expect from the central location, there is some outside street noise from the city, although I didn't notice any noise from the trains. The staff were friendly, the housekeeper greeting with Guten Morgen was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.

Room was clean. Got a few sheets with stains on them but there was no big deal to swap them out. Very nice desk staff. Extra close to the cathedral and hauptbanhof. Would stay again if back in köln. No fridge in the room and no ac, the fan worked very well however so no worries there, even in 90°f heat.

Very close to the train station and easy access to the old city. The room is insulated enough to stop the general noise of the station, but not the all night noise in the street. I was there during the heatwave, and while the room have some air circulation it is not AC and the room was 25-26c, so not comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is excellent. The room was clean and the shower worked on hot and cold (useful to cool down). Staff tried to be helpful.
