Super location

The property is ideally suited for visiting Le Crotoy and the surrounding area, it is well equipped and very comfortable. The enclosed courtyard is very pretty and if the weather had been warmer we would have enjoyed sitting and eating outside in this area. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 7. It was very clean and well presented throughout. We all very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Maison idéalement située à 2 pas de la gare du petit train de la baie de somme et à 8 minutes à pieds du port de plaisance.Nous avons apprécié la propreté, l’accueil (très agréable de trouver sur place le nécessaire de base - savons, pastilles lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelles, café…), le confort des chambres, la communication avec le propriétaire.

pas déçu par la location bien équipée il ne manquait rien vraiment comme sur l 'annonce le dialogue avec le propriétaire c'est très bien passé si je reviens en baie de somme je relourai cette maison sans hésitation

Situé au coeur de la baie de somme à l entrée du Crotoy

Le gite est bien situé, à l entrée de la ville du Crotoy proche du centre à pieds. La terrasse extérieure permet d être dehors et de profiter du soleil. L’annonce est conforme au logement.

Viel Platz für 2 Parteien, netter Ort, gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft.

Wir waren in diesem Haus mit einer Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem Paar mit Hund. Das war super. Es ist ordentlich, wirklich gut ausgestattet und bietet mit der Küche, dem Ess- und Wohnzimmer und der Holzterrasse genug Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Zeit, aber da es oben und unten je ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette gibt, auch genug Privatsphäre für 2 Parteien. Der Ort selber ist klein aber gemütlich mit vielen guten Restaurants, ein Supermarkt ist in fußläufiger Reichweite. Der Strand ist gepflegt, allerdings kein echter Badestrand wegen der Strömung. Da bieten sich die 15 Minuten entfernten Fort-Mahon-Plage oder Quent-Plage an. Der Bahnhof der Museumseisenbahn ist genau gegenüber, die ist auf jeden Fall eine Fahrt wert. Zum Hafen sind es 300m, zum Ortskern 600m, zum Strand 800m, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt an einem Abzweig einer Hauptstraße, aber vom Verkehr (der auch nicht so massiv ist) hört man fast nichts. Zum Haus: In der oberen Etage befinden sich 2 Zimmer mit je 2 Betten (einmal Doppelbett, einmal ein Durchgangszimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, aber unsere Kinder schlafen fest, ging gut) in einem abgetrennten Appartement mit Toilette und Dusche, sowie ein weiteres separates Doppelzimmer. In der unteren Etage befinden sich die "Sozialräume" sowie ein Appartement mit einem 3-Bett-Zimmer und Dusche + WC. Auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer können zur Not noch 1-2 Menschen schlafen. Der Vermieter ist super zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.
