「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!」

「Small personal family-owned hotel. They take a personal interest in making your stay enjoyable. I needed a shuttle from the ferry docks to the hotel and then to the airport. The driver that picked me up with Clive who made the trip worth while. Clive gave me a tour of West End and recommended restaurants that did not disappoint. He married into the family. 「The property location is excellent. What I found challenging was the room. The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. 」

「Everything was exceptional!! Noel and Sandy were absolutely lovely and very helpful! Breakfast was top notch! Just a short walk from the beach. The beach can get very busy so it was nice to retreat back to the Inn for some peace and quiet with a small private pool under the stars. Room had everything you could need to spend months there. Felt more like a small studio apartment. Very clean!! Not sure when we'll find our way back to Roatan but when we do, we'll definitely be staying here.」
