They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!

The rooms are very clean for the environment they are located. Yes some paint may be needed, but being on the coast some wear and weather conditions will be present. I loved the layout of the facility, bar, beach, and overall compound. The staff, Fernanda in the office, and Francesca with overall concerns were EXCELLENT and I commend their friendliness and professionalism. The were very accommodating and went way beyond to make my stay great. You have two excellent employees in these two ladies. If you have employee of the month I would like to nominate them!! Breakfast was very good and I tired the American and traditional. The bar personnel offered very good service and checked on me during all the meals. The beach area was very clean every morning by hotel staff. Close to airport too. If you want a cabana to rent and not a high rise condo for a better personal contact with locals and staff, I love this place.

I stayed here for one night as a solo female traveller before taking the ferry the next day over to Utila Island for two weeks. The place was beautiful with an amazing view right on the beach, the staff was friendly and helped me arrange my ferry transportation, and the breakfast was yummy! You won’t be disappointed, especially if you are looking for a place that’s close to the airport or the ferry terminal.

The property was pretty empty which was nice. The cabin was nice but basic. Beautiful beach and a good stopover between the ferry and the airport. The staff was also nice with limited English but we got by and they let me check in an hour early.

100+ cruisers filled the beach eating, drinking, splashing, and buying trinkets. Then at 4:00 they all got on their busses back to their ship, leaving me in a deserted resort. Perfect combo of people watching and solitude.

When we arrived there was no one in reception. We finally found one man there who had to go find a computer monitor to go check us in. We were told there was no bar or restaurant open, but he did sort out food for me and my children for lunch. Then he was gone and there was ni one there. The accommodation was in darkness. The room was terrible, run down and dirty. The toilet was disgusting as was the shower. The cabin door did not even lock properly. Would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, I gave my clothes to the cleaning lady to wash, and she didn't return them to me. I stayed in room 113 from August 19, 2026, and checked out on August 21. I was supposed to return early, but there was no one from the office to return the key. Unfortunately, they need to pay more attention to their guests.
