The Paradise Hotel is so well located, ran, and maintained, my husband and I felt we’d hit the jackpot throughout our stay in Roatán. The staff is very professional and helpful but also super friendly and polite. The hotel has two restaurants and an outdoor bar that faces the ocean. You can order cocktails and meals while you lounge under a sun umbrella and enjoy a cooling breeze and the view of shimmering ocean waters. It offers a lot of amenities and activities for adults as well as for children. And there are multiple tours and other activities that can be bought on the beach also. There are several other restaurants, some small stores, grocers, and a pharmacy within walking distance. We highly recommend staying at this great hotel.

Loved the 3 bed villa. En-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Very spacious. Comfy beds. Decent hairdryer, but no shower gel provided. Reef out the front for snorkelling is incredible. Amazing coral & abundance of marine life. Onsite dive centre also good. Arrival experience was average. Waited 40 mins for welcome drink, after asking 3 times. Service in beach bar was generally quite slow. Quality of breakfast was average but service was good. Lovely comfy padded sun loungers on beach. Didn’t sit by pool, mostly shaded by trees. Several places to eat locally walkable + water taxi to west end $20 for 4 people one way.

The resort is clean and cozy. Room was small… the kind size bed was comfortable, but on side- very narrow, not much walking around.. but if you are not planning to be in the room- it was great! They do provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no shower gel..beach is great! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast a bit boring. We did not choose all inclusive, but their restaurant on a beach still would be extra cost and it is very expensive, no special. Next door- Bananarama- had cheaper options, daily specials for lunch and drinks, like 2 for price of 1, each day of the week - something different. We spent the majority of our time eating either at Bananarama or Argentinian grill. Great food and service. Paradise need to re-evaluate their prices and entice their guests to spent money at their restaurant! Also, it is funny, that resort asks to reuse their water bottles, like you get one in your mini bar, but then if you need more- each water bottle is $2. A lot of Resorts at least provide their reusable bottles to help the environment, and guest usually do and keep as souvenir.. But the resort is great and we are contemplating to come back more sooner then later! Beach! Great sand and water- what could be better!

The host were very nice at the resort. But the rooms and property is a little old and rundown. Maybe because I booked the studio it was pretty small for the price I paid. Probably because the flight was expensive. The food was ok. The ocean is beautiful, beaches relaxing and calming.

It was a great place very clean room and comfortable bed. Maria the house keeper was amazing made stuff out of towels and flowers on the bed for us. All the staff was amazing and very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was great and a great variety of food. Pool was very nice did not use it I would rather be in the ocean crystal clear water.

This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again.

We were there 2 weeks from March 23 to April 6, with breakfast included. it was our 3rd visit to the hotel over a 10 year period. Renovated rooms and pool looked great! Bathroom fixtures could have used an upgrade but other than that, everything was awesome! Room was super clean and done before 11 everyday. Great beds, great pillows and awesome linens. We found breakfast to be good and never felt like using the omelette station as the options on the buffet were varied and excellent! Lots of fresh and perfectly ripe fruits, scrambled eggs, sides, toast,yogurt pancakes, french toast and more. We walked away full and content everyday. Staff highlight was Michelle! She was awesome at breakfast and the beach bar, always aware of new people, checking on whether they needed anything and asking if food, coffee and service was ok. We always make sure to sit where she could see us to have her as a server. We cannot say enough about her and the level.of customer service she provides, she is the best. The beach staff was the best in West bay! Took care of people, adding cushions, grooming the beach like no other resort did! Sargassum weed landed one day and they were the first to have the beach all cleared off, they worked relentlessly for a full day! We love this hotel, it is casual with an awesome vibe and will be back, hopefully next year!

The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room.

The property was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing was the showers hot water was only hot for a short amount of time (2minutes tops). Other than that, the location was amazing and near everything.

The room was great, the staff very helpful, restaurant prices are very steep, service is a bit slow. Breakfast needed more help
