「The room was ok but definitely not cleaned well. There was still mascara on the mirror in the bathroom and hair (and what looked like boogers) in the shower. The biggest complaint i had was the door latch was physically broken and stuck out making simply closing the door a 2 person job. We found this out after a concert at midnight so needless to say we just figured it out and went to bed for the night and dealt with it in the morning. There was plenty of parking- and I appreciate that you...

「日本語が話せるスタッフがいて安心しました。」
