「Location perfect for me. Restaurant very good. No trouble parking, even at night when restaurant filled up.」

「Fantastic, very spacious 2-bedroom accessible apartment. Excellent communication. Central Mairland location.」

「Parking easy and secure. Rooms clean and tidy」

「Bedroom is modern, en suite was like an upmarket hotel - this is not your standard cheap room above a pub. Excellent」

「Wonderful place to stay in Maitland. Friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Lovely room with everything you could want. And a great location handy to local bars such as The Pourhouse (very cool bar with craft beers and good tunes).」

「Grrst location, tidy and well maimtaimef」

「Good Location Prior stay before Friendly staff Good price」

「For a motel, this was such a pleasant surprise, modern, clean and well equipped. The only negative (that didn’t warrant a reduction in rating) was only one chair outside on the patio! I did scout the neighbours and managed to ‘obtain’ a second chair so we could sit outside and enjoy a nightcap!!!」

「An inexpensive accommodation option, central to Maitland.」

「Clean room and parking out the front of our room with secure security gates」

「The property is well located. With easy self check in.」

「Booked 2 nights, no room cleaning or bedding change done , no extra bin bags to at least take the rubbish out. No vacuum or room to clean the room. The room was sealed tight with no window , AC modes centrally controlled.」

「Great location and lovely quiet room with amazing views. 」

「Very convenient with shops and town. Tesla charging next door as well. Quiet location , have stayed on highway before at Raymond Terrace , can be noisy.」

「Clean and tidy, comfortable accommodation, a bit dated but still a good accommodation.」

「The benches are excellent for bbq」

「Lovely bed, very comfortable. Firmish, but like it that way. Spare pillows in the cupboard. Table and lounge type chairs provided. Older motel but kept well. Quiet」

「Room was clean and a great price, only a short drive to the Hunter valley vineyards which was nice. Great pub atmosphere downstairs. Would stay again.」
