6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Listing accuracy
The property and area are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. However, my two biggest complaints is this studio is not a part of the resort. It’s owned by someone renting it out. The initial communication from the owner was rude, although it improved, I was still very displeased with some of the comments made. Personally I would choose a room that provides full transparency, because there was not full disclosure of the property in the initial booking.

The booking was confirmed but has not given the specifics of the check in process on which tower of the condo and unit. Ended up of wasting 1 night . I booked this place coz of the beach and ended up that we couldn’t access the pool and the beach. There’s an extra fee for it.

Since the location is near the beach expect cellular data connection low. There’s no wifi connection in our condo which the host was not able to provide us the correct password.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The host was rude and terrible at communication. There was very little to no wifi and the wifi that was available wasnt worth two cents. My wife lost out on 5 days of work because of the lack of internet available. The pool was nice until I was told I couldnt use my Bluetooth speaker to enjoy my pool time. There was no rule anywhere posted saying that It was against the rules, so I think they just make stuff up as they go. All in all the experience was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.
