"This was the ultimate worst stay ever and I havent left a review like this in my life. There had to be a list this long to get 1 star. The room we were checked into had a brocken door handle. THEY CHARGE FOR WATER. A basic necessity which I have never experienced in my life in any hotel in the world. The TV did not work. There were 2 garbage bins in the room with garbage already in them. Even after this, werent given water. This hotel has gone downhill. Staff seem over worked. Never will I stay here again. Avoid. Shuttles are late picking up passengers. No functional system at all. They did drop us off on time to the airport. Also wi-fi was a joke. "

"It was difficult at times at night to get employees at the front desk. There was never lotion available. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned everyday in order to receive that. I stayed there for four (4) nights. The only item of food that I received were granola bars. Everyone was nice. I love the fact that they have complimentary shuttles to and from the airport. "

"Dreary, dim room. Very basic amenities. 2 paper cups, toiletries in little bottles. Felt like a motel. cheerless and dated furniture and decor. Entire hotel needs refurbishing. With what the room cost expected more/ better. Not a good value. Certainly not comparable to other Hyatt Regency hotels I’ve stayed at. Photos on Expedia must be old, from another era. "

"There was a convention of bunch of high schools. Lots of kids running around and making noise at late night. They put us in the vine tower with all the kids were. Wy husband had to call concierge to complain about the noise.? "

"Such a great theme with attention to detail and practicality. Staff is very helpful and kind. The 2Mules Cantina is a great place to eat, drink and hang out. "

"If I could give them a 0, I would. It’s obvious that they are under new management. This used to be a nice clean reasonably comfortable hotel. The room was clean. But there seemed to be an issue with the AC and the halls and rooms were very humid. Had to ask for creamer for coffee two days in a row. None on coffee bar at any time. The part that gets them a 0 stars is after one night there, we left to go to a better hotel. And, they still tried to charge us for the week’s stay that we had originally booked. Even though, we personally went down to check out, the clerk could not assure us that we would only be charged for the one night. He kept saying he had to ask the manager if it could be refunded. This seemed fishy to us, so we contacted the credit card co to let them know we had left and not to approve any other charges. They tried to run it thru anyway about 4 days later after our initial stay woukd have ended. "
