"Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had"

"This was a great place to stay while visiting Kings Island and it would be hard to find better for the price. It is right across the interstate and you can see the park from the hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the pool was clean and the perfect water temperature. We had a great stay here and will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the park."

"A clean, comfortable King bed, microwave, good sized fridge, and good channel selection on the tube. Included breakfast was decent, too. Price was very good for the area. Staff was outstanding, and they have a nifty outside fire pit area. Will stay again, AAA+.

"It was off season, so the rate was good and the building was quiet. I was able to sleep in peace. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety. It was just confusing figuring out the coffee set up because the cups aren’t next to the coffee machine. But overall, I was very happy with my stay. "
"Always love staying here, great breakfast and dinner. This weekend was a little rough though. There must have been like some type of sports thing because there had to been like 20 kids there and I couldn’t swim with my 3yo because the pool area was so crowded. Same with the elevator had to wait like 15 min just to get on because of all the kids. Breakfast same thing. But over all was good but probably won’t be back on a weekend though lol"

"Only issue, front desk person not at desk when arrived to check in. Ive stayed there 2 weeka in a row on a Friday. Neither hweek, were front desk personnel at desk when I arrived.
The forst Friday, staff was friendly amd apologized for not being at desk. 2nd Friday, a male coming thru from maintenence (maybe) was going to help me, when girl finally ce around corner. No apologies or welcoming. She just did the task of checking me in.
Everything else about the hotel was fantastic. Enjoyed my stay very much"
"This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,.
