「For a 2-star hotel, the experience was better than expected and the staff/owner was attentive, helpful, and a good resource. The room was comfortable and location was conveniently located to the ocean and activities, but far enough away from the crowds in Blackpool. All-in a very positive experience.」

「We would definitely stay here again, the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The entertainment on a night Dj and Bingo was really good. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely catered for all needs and had a wide variety of choices. service was exceptional. Other guests made you feel welcome made you feel you had known them for years. Family friendly hotel my 5 year old had a great time. Thank you so much…. The White family」

「The first thing i will say about this place is that the owners are lovely! Very attentitive and lots of communication just to check everything is ok and to your liking. Our room was cosy and clean, a great base for busy days out in Blackpool. You can tell they always have children in mind with a toy kitchen in the bar and other little touches that just make it feel so family friendly. Two points i would make, simply for feedback, is that the TV in our room could have been a little bigger and...

「The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in」

「Located in a nice quiet town. Everyone is extremly nice. Breakfast was good and even had the option to be served in your room.」

「Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return 」
