This place gets bad reviews only because people expect to stay at the Hilton for 95 dollars a night. Which most reasonable people know that you get what you pay for. They might not be the most newest updated hotel, but the make up for it with excellent service and cleanliness, and it shows」

「It is an oder property but the room was OK, I like the large refrigerator and freezer-lot of upper scale motels could do with this. Shower only, no tub, oddly no toilet paper holder. Good for a one night stay, a lot of other people staying there seemed to be workers doing construction or lawn jobs. One downer was lawn work on the property started before 7 a.m. making it difficult to sleep in. Mile's Grill a restaurant in front of the hotel offered a very tasty affordable and fast breakfast. 」

「First off, no matter how many days you stay, there is no maid service, so you are on your own for new towels, toilet paper etc. The rooms are old and the mattress is cheap but not impossible to sleep on The most important thing to note is that for whatever reason, they don’t have lights on the exterior in the outdoor “halls.” It’s literally dark, so you really on moonlight or street lights. It’s weird and it’s disconcerting. I’ve never seen anything like it. 」

「apparently this location is also renting long term and they've had problems with folks not paying. so you get to fill out approximately 7 pages of information such as #1, VIN # on your car??? In case you don't pay they can put a lean on your vehicle!!!」

「Well, with no rooms available in Winter Haven for a Softball tournament, this was it. This is an old motor court. The check in guy was OK. The room was small but clean. Very noisy all night as other guests were going to their car constantly. The beds were squeaky. The shower was OK but the shower head was at a height for children. For what it cost, it was OK but would not stay here again.」

「I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean. We also learned that they have a greet weekly rate, much chipper than the daily We will defiantly stay there again, maby next time we will plan it for a week!」

「ディズニーリゾートから近いと思いこのホテルを予約しました。実際ホテルまでタクシーで50ドル弱くらいでした。 送迎バスはありますが時間帯がどれも微妙なのでディズニーリゾートメインに遊ばれたい方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。ですがスタッフの方はとても親切でディズニーのチケットがホテルで購入できたりホテルの設備についても丁寧に説明してくれました。 朝ごはんは無料ですがやはり安いホテルなだけあって数種類のパンとソーセージくらいでした。 清潔感があり静かで眠るだけなら十分なお部屋でした。 しいていうならスリッパが付いていないのが不便かなと思います。 この値段で泊まれたので結果的には良かったと思います。」

「Close to Disney, nice small hotel. Rooms were exactly as described, super comfortable for a family of 5. Checkout is strict but we had a late flight and they were great about accommodating us after check out time with parking. 」
