「Staying at Dan’s place was just wonderful. We felt very comfortable, the bed is super plushy. The space is very quiet and very green outside full of trees and tropical vibe.It is located on a quiet street chest two minutes from the Universal Studios entrance as well as many other attractions within less than 10 minutes drive. 「Upon arriving nice neighborhood drive was seemed small but on our last day with multiple cars on lot it was easy to get out. I was impressed by the whole property, but the vegetation was by far my favorite thing the pool was easy to find there was so many things to keep us occupied if we needed. Owner was quick to respond and even checked in with us. Would definitely stay again!」

「This was a great option for my friend and I who were traveling. It had two separate bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a nice seating area. It’s pretty much in downtown, we walked very easily to the Orlando magic stadium and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance around the home. would definitely stay here again, and I really appreciated the communication from the property management company. 」

「The check-in at this beautiful home was seamless. The home is stunning and complements the guest house suite. The guesthouse suite overlooks an amazing, relaxing pool area and a lake with fruit trees along the property. Friendly and welcoming homeowners made our experience feel comfortable and at home. 「-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.」

「Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. 」
