「Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at...

「As someone who travels a lot, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Front desk staff seemed to be have aphasia. They didn’t speak except to say sign and we have a $50 refundable damage charge. The room was straight out of the 70’s. The bed spread had a baseball sized hole. The sink clogged and full of what appeared to be shaving cream and hair. The shower would not turn off, and there was a piece of glass in the bedding. The safety latch was missing and appeared to be torn off...
