「The condo is cute, and the kitchen has everything needed if you desire to cook. Having a washer and dryer (with soap provided) was great! There was also a lot of beach towels, a small ice chest and snorkeling gear which we put to use for our day trips. The beach is about a half mile walk and from there, the sunsets were amazing! 「We loved Joe’s place. It was very clean and had everything you needed. We were there for 10 days. The location was in a private and secure community in the Mākaha Valley just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach and away from the crowd. I would definitely recommend Joe’s place if you are looking to get away from the crowd.」

「We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. 「Phtos of this property are accurate. We stayed May 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. Furniture is new and modern and appliances are all updated. Bathrooms need updating, but were clean. Only item some folks might find uncomfortable is that there is only one AC in the bedroom trying to cool the entire unit. There is no AC in the living room. It looks like all the units in the complex are similar. 」

「We loved staying here, the property had ever hung we needed. Helena was able to accommodate our request, she is promptly responded our messages. We had a small issue with AC in the bedroom but everything else was amazing.We will definitely go back another time. 」

「The location and place itself was true to the listing. It is a fine setup, basically being maintained over some years, so it was nothing fancy but had all the basic amenities. My husband and I slept quite well in the cozy bed. The property felt private and safe. Access to laundry really helped our luggage plans. Within walking distance is what felt like a secluded beach! 「Every one of the 6 mornings we woke here we absolutely reveled in the stunning waves that greeted us. You are literally on the sand! The owner was very kind and helpful, and they'd just weathered a massive storm just before our arrival, so we have to cut them some slack on the cleanliness part. This place is walking distance to pipeline, and we got to see a couple days of the WSL contest. Super cool! Very authentic local living.」

「Our stay was very nice. Check-in was easy, communication with the hosts was very reasonable, they had many items that we needed for the beach and in the house so that we could make our own meals. It was very neat, not cluttered. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The backyard was small, but had a picnic table to eat outside and the hot tub was clean and in good condition. There was a nice little porch to sit on and enjoy the view.」

「We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo」

"Wet’n wildに近く、ショッピングセンター内にあるので駐車しやすく、レストランも豊富。チーズケーキファクトリーも入っている。朝食会場ではワッフルが焼けるし、フロント横には24時間使えるドリンクバーがあり、ホットチョコレートやコーヒー等飲めるのがよかった！バスタブがありお湯をためれたのも良かった。 "

"空港に近くシャトルバスでの送迎がある事でこちらに帰国の前日に宿泊しました。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでお部屋のWiFiが繋がりにくい事を伝えると、すぐに対応してくれました。エアコンの音が気になる点ではありますが、必要な物は用意されています。シャトルバスの送迎が24時間あるので、早朝や深夜便ならとても良いホテルだと思います。"
